We understand that life circumstances such as travel, budgeting, new plans, or partnerships may require a temporary pause in your subscription. If you would like to voluntarily suspend your service, the following guidelines apply:

• Notice Period: Please provide a 21-day notice before the start of your next billing cycle to request a suspension.
• Suspension Period: You can suspend your subscription for up to 2 months without any reactivation fee.
• Automatic Reactivation: If the suspension exceeds 2 months, your service will automatically resume.
• Extended Suspension: If you prefer to keep your service inactive beyond 2 months, you can extend the suspension for up to 12 months from the original suspension date. A one-time reactivation fee of $65 USD will apply.
• Service Cancellation: If you’d prefer to cancel your service instead of reactivating it, we require notice by the last day of the 60-day suspension period.
