Persisca SMM gives you flexibility in how you share content: you can publish instantly, schedule for a specific time, add to a queue, or save as a draft. This section walks you through each flow.


A. Composing a Post

  1. On your dashboard, click Create Post (sometimes labeled Compose).

  2. Select the social account(s) or group(s) you want to post to.

  3. Write your caption:

    • Use text, emojis, hashtags, and mentions as needed.

    • Insert links (shortened automatically if enabled).

  4. Attach media:

    • Upload images or videos.

    • Pull from your Content Library (see Section 4).

    • Add from Canva integration (if available).

  5. Preview your post in the right panel for each platform.

  6. Choose your publishing option (see below).


B. Publish Now

  • Click Publish Now if you want the post to go live immediately.

  • Best for quick updates, breaking news, or when responding to trends.


C. Schedule for Later

  1. After composing, click Schedule.

  2. Select the date and time you want.

  3. Confirm your time zone (set in your account settings).

  4. Save — the post is added to the Calendar.

Useful for campaigns, product launches, or consistent posting times.


D. Add to Queue

  1. Instead of choosing a date, click Add to Queue.

  2. Each social account has a posting schedule (e.g., Mondays at 9am, Wednesdays at 1pm).

  3. Your post will drop into the next available time slot automatically.

Perfect for ongoing evergreen content or maintaining consistency.


E. Save as Draft

  1. Not ready to publish? Click Save as Draft.

  2. Drafts are stored in your dashboard and can be reviewed later.

  3. Team members can edit and submit for approval if workflows are enabled.


F. Advanced Options

  • Tagging Users/Pages: Tag accounts on supported platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • First Comment: On Instagram, you can set the first comment (great for hashtags).

  • Location Tagging: Add a location for Instagram and Facebook posts.

  • Link Previews: Edit the preview (title, image) for LinkedIn and Facebook.


G. Managing Scheduled Posts

  • Go to Calendar view to see all scheduled content.

  • Drag & drop posts to change the date or time.

  • Click a scheduled post to edit, reschedule, or delete it.

  • Filter the calendar by account, group, or campaign.


H. Best Practices for Posting

  • Plan ahead: Use scheduling for consistent presence.

  • Time zones: If posting for global clients, check each account’s time zone setting.

  • Variety: Mix formats (text, images, videos, carousels).

  • Engagement: Ask questions, encourage comments, and avoid long blocks of text.

  • Approval flow: For agencies, always use draft + approval to avoid mistakes.
