The Content Library in Persisca SMM is like your storage shelf for posts. Instead of creating everything from scratch, you can save your best posts, templates, and evergreen content here for easy reuse.
A. Accessing the Library

From the dashboard, click Content Library in the left menu.

You’ll see folders or categories (depending on your setup).

Use the search bar to quickly find saved posts.
B. Adding Content to the Library

Click Add New.

Choose the type of content you want to store:

Text-only post
-
Image or video with caption
-
Template (with placeholders for editing later)

Add tags or labels (e.g., “Holiday”, “Tips”, “Sale”, “Evergreen”).

Save — your content is now part of the library.
Tags make searching and organizing much easier later on.
C. Reusing Saved Content

When creating a new post, click Insert from Library.

Browse by category or search by keyword/tag.

Select the saved post or template.

Edit or update the text, media, or hashtags if needed.

Schedule or publish like any other post.
D. Categories & Organization

Create folders such as:

Campaigns: e.g., “Black Friday 2025”, “Product Launch Q1”

Themes: e.g., “Motivation Monday”, “Throwback Thursday”

Clients: each client can have a separate folder

You can move or duplicate posts between folders for easier organization.
E. Evergreen Posting
Evergreen posts are those that stay relevant over time (e.g., “Tips”, “Quotes”, “FAQs”).

Save them in the library under an “Evergreen” category.

When creating schedules, you can set these to auto-repeat on certain days/times.

Persisca SMM will rotate your evergreen content so it always fills in gaps in your calendar.
Example: A weekly “Friday Tip” post can be reused every Friday with minimal changes.
F. Collaboration in the Library

Teams: Library content can be shared among team members.

Approvals: Drafts stored in the library can be submitted for approval before publishing.

Client View: Clients with access can review stored posts before they are scheduled.
G. Best Practices

Keep a balance of evergreen and fresh content.

Regularly update saved templates so they don’t feel outdated.

Use tags consistently so team members can find posts easily.

Store commonly used hashtags in template posts for quick reuse.
