Persisca SMM lets you schedule hundreds of posts at once by uploading a CSV (spreadsheet) file. This is especially helpful for agencies, seasonal campaigns, or anyone managing lots of content.

A. Where to Find Bulk Upload

1. On your dashboard, open the left menu.

2. Click Bulk Schedule.

3. You’ll see the option to Download Sample CSV Template.

B. Downloading & Understanding the Template

The sample CSV will show you the required format. Common columns include:

• Date & Time: When the post should be published. (Format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM)

• Message: The text of the post (including hashtags, emojis, links).

• Image / Video URL (optional): Link to your media file (must be publicly accessible or in your linked library).

• Link (optional): URL to share (Persisca SMM can shorten links automatically if enabled).

• Account Name or ID: Which account(s) the post should go to.

Tip: Keep column headers exactly as shown in the sample.

C. Filling in the CSV

1. Open the CSV template in Excel, Google Sheets, or another editor.

2. Enter each planned post on its own row.

3. Double-check your date & time format is correct and matches your posting time zone.

4. If adding media, make sure the links are valid and publicly accessible.

5. Save your file as CSV (Comma Separated Values).

D. Uploading the CSV

1. Go back to Bulk Schedule in Persisca SMM.

2. Click Upload CSV.

3. Select your completed file.

4. The system will scan the file and show you a preview of your posts.

E. Reviewing Imported Posts

• After upload, check for:

  • Formatting errors (e.g., wrong date/time).

  • Missing media (invalid image/video links).

  • Incorrect accounts (make sure account names match those in Persisca SMM).

• If errors are found, download the error report, fix your CSV, and re-upload.

F. Approving & Scheduling

1. Once all rows look correct, click Approve & Schedule.

2. Posts are automatically added to your Calendar.

3. You can edit, reschedule, or delete any post individually later.

G. Best Practices for Bulk Upload

• Plan in campaigns: Use bulk upload for big promotions (e.g., “Holiday Season 2025”).

• Mix content types: Alternate between images, text-only, and video.

• Test with 5–10 posts first: Make sure everything formats correctly before uploading 100+.

• Save your master sheet: Keep the original CSV for reference or quick edits in the future.

• Stay flexible: Even after bulk upload, you can edit posts one by one in the Calendar.
