Calendar View Prindi artikkel
The Calendar is your command center. It gives you a bird’s-eye view of all upcoming, past, and draft posts across accounts, so you can spot gaps, overlaps, or opportunities to optimize your posting schedule.
A. Accessing the Calendar
-
From the dashboard, click Calendar in the left menu.
-
The default view shows a monthly grid with all posts.
-
You can switch between Month, Week, or Day views.
B. Understanding Calendar Symbols
-
Scheduled posts: Displayed with the platform icon (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
-
Drafts: Labeled as “Draft” until approved.
-
Published posts: Marked as completed.
-
Failed posts: Highlighted with a warning (click to see the error, like expired account tokens).
C. Filtering the Calendar
-
Use the filter bar above the calendar.
-
Options include:
-
By Account: Show only posts for a specific social account.
-
By Group: View content for a brand or client group.
-
By Status: Drafts, Scheduled, Published, or Failed.
-
By Campaign: Focus on a particular campaign (e.g., “Holiday Sale 2025”).
-
Filtering makes it easy to manage multiple brands or clients without getting lost.
D. Drag & Drop Rescheduling
-
Simply click a scheduled post and drag it to a new day/time.
-
Useful when campaigns shift, holidays change, or you need to spread out posts.
-
Time slots automatically adjust based on your account’s time zone.
E. Editing from the Calendar
-
Click on any post directly in the calendar.
-
You’ll see options to:
-
Edit content (text, media, hashtags).
-
Change schedule (date/time).
-
Duplicate (reuse the post later).
-
Delete (remove it from the schedule).
-
F. Adding Posts Directly
-
Hover over a date on the calendar.
-
Click the + Add Post button.
-
Compose, schedule, and save without leaving the calendar view.
This is handy for filling in gaps when you see empty days.
G. Campaign View
-
Posts can be tagged with a campaign name.
-
When filtering by campaign, you’ll see only posts belonging to that campaign.
-
Example: For “Black Friday Campaign,” you’ll see only sale-related posts across all platforms.
H. Exporting the Calendar
-
Export your schedule to PDF or CSV.
-
Share it with clients, managers, or team members for visibility.
-
White-label export option lets you brand the calendar with your logo.
I. Best Practices
-
Always scan your calendar weekly to check coverage.
-
Avoid posting the same type of content too close together.
-
Use the Week view for fine-tuning and the Month view for big-picture planning.
-
Keep an eye out for missed days or over-posting.
✨ The Calendar makes it easy to stay consistent, spot issues, and manage your social strategy visually.
