Follow these steps to set up your Persisca WebSuite email on Microsoft Outlook:
Step 1: Open Outlook Settings

Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Go to File in the top-left corner.

Click Add Account.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Type your full email address (example:
yourname@yourdomain.com
). -
Click Connect.
Step 3: Choose Account Type
When prompted, select IMAP (recommended).
Do not choose POP unless specifically instructed.
Step 4: Enter Incoming Mail Server Details

Step 5: Enter Outgoing Mail Server Details

✔ Make sure “Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)” is unchecked.
✔ Make sure “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” is checked and set to “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.
Step 6: Finish

Click Next. Outlook will test the connection.

If all details are correct, you’ll see green checkmarks.

Click Done to complete the setup.
Optional: Test Your Email
Send a test email to yourself to make sure both sending and receiving are working properly.
