Overview
Leads represent potential customers before conversion. Persisca XRM tracks every lead’s origin, activity, and stage to improve conversion efficiency.
Adding Leads
- Navigate to Sales → Leads → New Lead.
- Fill in name, company, phone, and email.
- Assign source (Referral, Website, Event, etc.).
- Choose current status (New, Contacted, Qualified).
- Assign responsible staff.
- Save.
Managing Leads
- View leads in Kanban View for drag‑and‑drop movement between stages.
- Use filters for date, owner, or source.
- Record notes or attach files to preserve communication.
Converting Leads to Customers
- Open a lead profile.
- Click Convert to Customer.
- Confirm details; Persisca XRM creates a new customer profile automatically.
