Purpose

These modules manage the financial relationship between Persisca XRM users and customers.

Proposals

Formal offers sent to leads or clients.

  1. Sales → Proposals → New Proposal.
  2. Select recipient and enter proposal subject and amount.
  3. Save and send via email.
  4. Monitor status (Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Declined).

Estimates

Draft quotations prior to invoicing.

  1. Sales → Estimates → New Estimate.
  2. Add items, quantities, taxes, and discounts.
  3. Save, then send for approval.
  4. Convert approved estimate into an invoice.

Invoices

Official billing documents.

  1. Sales → Invoices → New Invoice.
  2. Choose customer, add items, apply tax rules.
  3. Save and email directly.
  4. Record payments or enable recurring billing.
