Analytics give you insight into how your posts perform, how your audience grows, and what strategies work best. Persisca SMM also lets you export branded reports for your team or clients.


A. Accessing Analytics

  1. From the dashboard, click Analytics in the left menu.

  2. Select the social account (or group of accounts) you’d like to analyze.

  3. Choose the reporting period (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom range).


B. Key Metrics Tracked

  • Engagement

    • Likes, comments, shares, retweets, saves, clicks.

  • Reach & Impressions

    • How many people saw your post vs. how many times it was displayed.

  1. In the Analytics tab, click Export.

  2. Choose PDF (for presentations) or CSV (for spreadsheets).

  3. Apply branding (logo, colors, company name) if using white-label features.

  4. Download and share with clients or your team.
